Hair salon closes after 22 years
Hair salon franchise Toni & Guy have closed their Hertford outlet after 22 years in the town.
The Railway Street business opened in 2002 and was one of 12 hair salons in the town centre.
Customers are being advised to book with alternative salons in Enfield and Welwyn Garden City.

The Bishop's Stortford franchise closed in 2019 blaming a "volatile retail environment" and rent increases.
The closure comes after nearby salon Mr Roberts also closed their doors for the last time. Neighbouring beautician Jenny Calder are also relocating.
The current retail vacancy rate in the town centre is 12.7%, against a UK average of 14.5% according to the British Retail Consortium.
Forthcoming openings in the town include Thirteen artisan bakery on Mill Bridge and Beans & Bottles in Honey Lane.
