Six Templars Closed For Deep Clean

The Six Templars in The Wash is closed for a deep clean after staff were taken ill.

The Wetherspoons free house was closed on Sunday, with notices posted in the windows saying that the pub would be closed until further notice.

A PR spokesman for the pub chain said that a deep clean of the premises was being carried out as investigations continue. The company was not aware  of any members of the public reporting signs of illness.

East Herts Environmental Health have been made aware of the situation.

The pub is expected to reopen in the next two days.
