BEAM theatre bookings now open
With Hertford's redeveloped theatre opening in just over three months, bookings are already being taken for a variety of shows for both adults and children.

The first show on 24th August is Uncle Funk’s Disco Inferno, the UK’s top live disco band, who are regulars at the Glastonbury Festival, Standon Calling, Cambridge Club and many other huge events.
From Tuesday 27th to Thursday 29th August, Dinosaur World will be presenting six family shows featuring life-like human-powered dinosaurs, such as a Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, Giraffatitan, Microraptor and Segnosaurus.
From Friday 30th to Sunday 1st September, there's more for the kids, with Horrible Histories Rotten Royals:
Would you be wooed by Richard the Lionheart? Are you ready for a date with King Edward I? Would you be shaken or stirred by Richard III? See Mary Tudor knock the spots off Mary Queen of Scots! Can evil Elizabeth entertain England? Will you be hanged by King James for being a witch? Sing along with crazy King Charles and move to the groove with party Queen Victoria!
Boasting the funniest and most outrageous regal scenes from the hit Barmy Britain shows, Rotten Royals promises Hertford will be most amused!
It’s history with the nasty bits left in!
Other kids shows coming to BEAM include Milkshake! Live on Holiday, Dear Zoo, The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show and The Tiger Who Came To Tea.
The theatre continues it's established reputation for attracting big name comedy with shows from Clinton Baptiste, Dom Joly, Rich Hall, Mark Thomas, Andy Parsons and Rob Beckett.
Live music offerings include Steeleye Span, the Glenn Miller Orchestra, 24K Bruno and Ronnie Scott's All Stars.
BEAM Hertford's three new cinema screens will be taking bookings from late July.
Located on the first floor, the cinemas will feature a mix of new release and classic films, with state of the art sound and projection facilities.
The screens range in size, with Screen One seating 81, Screen Two, 65 and Screen Three, 54.
BEAM Hertford officially opens on Friday 23rd August.
